History
Dunes Development has been building, maintaining and remodeling custom homes in Southwest Michigan since 1988. We value the relationship and trust of our clients and friends.
Our services include planning, design, construction and ongoing maintenance. Whether the job is new home construction or the building of beach steps, we take great pride in our work.

As communication channels changed and expanded, our founder, Greg Kaiser recognized that the quality we delivered in the field must be matched with quality project communication. For that reason, the growing business brought on Lowell Smith in 2007 as a business partner. Lowell's background in technology and communication complements our field delivery.
