Dunes Development has been building, maintaining and remodeling custom homes in Southwest Michigan since 1988. We value the relationship and trust of our clients and friends.

We believe our project communication sets us apart from our competitors. As communication channels changed and expanded, our founder, Greg Kaiser recognized that the quality we delivered in the field must be matched with quality project communication. For that reason, the growing business brought on Lowell Smith in 2007 as a business partner. Lowell's background in technology and communication complements our field delivery. Lowell now runs the business with the same passion and drive towards quality that has translated into satisfied clients for 30 years.
